We are looking for a dynamic and hardworking Office Administrator who will be a first port of call for all existing and potential customers.
Working hours: Mon-Friday, 9:30am – 18:00pm.
Requirements:
- Excellent English Literacy.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Highly Skilled in Microsoft Office suite
-Highly Skilled in social media.
-IT skills would be beneficial.
- Provide administrative support to the design team.
- Ensure the showroom is always kept immaculate.
- Take ownership of the position and pride in your work.
- Responsible for answering all incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- Meeting and greeting clients - making refreshments and ensuring they are comfortable.
- Polished and presentable with the ability to liaise with a variety of clientele.
